Generation V

Well, I got bored playing the Zombies mode in Black Ops after my squad died on round 23, so I decided I would post tomorrow's article today (since I plan the posts subjects two days ahead) . Without further interruptions I give you tomorrow's subject: POKEMON!!!

The Pokemon games Pokemon Black and White came out in March, and with them came loads of new features like the Entralink, Pokemon Musical (which I hate), the Battle Subway, Black City/White Forest as well as the Dream World and much, much more. The features these games offered were overwhelming at first glance, until I noticed a few things... The Musical almost seems like a last minute addition, the Battle Subway is no different from the Battle Tower, because all it is is repeatedly battling trainers. The Entralink is extremely fun at first, but the fun fades away as you realize there is no point in using it, though I can't be sure since I haven't used the Dream World yet.

Another thing I would enjoy talking about is the storyline, and I have a question to you about it: Did it confuse you as much as it confused me?
The story is strange, the people are weird. Admittedly the game itself is fun, but the story is supposed to put you in the game, without it you feel like you feel like you're controlling some drone or something. All the story was was a strange teenager named "N", who is like the hippie of the Pokemon world... He wants to free Pokemon from trainers, isn't that terrible? Then there's Ghetsis (Ns father) who it turns out was just just using Ns kind spirit to be able to control the legendary dragon Zekrom (in White) or Reshiram (in Black). Ghetsis was going to keep the legendary dragon and enslave humanity because they wouldn't have any Pokemon to fight back.

Overall it was a pretty fun game, even though the story was confusing.

Until next time (which is hopefully tomorrow), I bid you farewell.

Oh, and by the way, the reason this post is shorter than the others is because the post itself was going to be about Pokemon and a comparison between the guns of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Call of Duty: Black Ops, but I really wanted to save that 'till tomorrow.
